Rabbin astrologue venu du Khorasan à Fès vers 1365, il est membre de l'Académie talmudique de la ville sous la présidence de Rabbi Joseph Ha-Cohen Ha-Dayan Ibn Susan. Il est l'auteur d'un commentaire biblique et d'un opuscule d'astrologie.
