Érudit piémontais né à Turin, mort à Safed en 1772. Il écrivit des commentaires sur la Mishna et sur le « Yad ha-Ḥazaḳah » de Maïmonide, ainsi qu'un recueil de responsa et de sermons publié sous le titre « Ḥibburim ».
