La synagogue Klaus, construite en 1694, abrite au sein du Musée juif de Prague une bibliothèque de référence distincte du fonds de la Synagogue Pinkas, centrée sur les traditions rabbiniques pragoise et bohémienne. Elle conserve des manuscrits ashkénazes du XVIe au XIXe siècle, notamment des textes liés à l'école du Maharal de Prague. Ce fonds documente la vie intellectuelle de la communauté juive de Bohême à son apogée. Il est accessible aux chercheurs sur demande au Musée juif de Prague.
