Cinémathèque fondée en 1973 par Lia van Leer, d'abord à Beit Agron puis, dès 1981, dans un bâtiment surplombant la Vieille Ville. Elle abrite l'Israel Film Archive (créé en 1963), qui conserve les films israéliens depuis les années 1920, et organise le Festival du film de Jérusalem ; institution majeure de la culture cinématographique nationale.
