Société savante d'archéologie et d'étude de la Terre d'Israël, fondée en 1913 sous le nom de Jewish Palestine Exploration Society dans le cadre de l'action sioniste du Yishouv, et refondée en 1920. Renommée en 1948, elle promeut la recherche géographique, historique et archéologique et publie des revues savantes de premier plan.
