Troisième plus grand musée d'art d'Israël, fondé en 1951 à Haïfa à l'occasion d'une grande exposition Marc Chagall, dans une aile de la municipalité. Installé depuis 1977 dans un édifice de pierre du quartier de Wadi Nisnas, il est consacré à l'art contemporain israélien et international et conserve quelque 7 000 œuvres.
