Rabbin d'Alger sous la Régence ottomane. Le 14 novembre 1782, il figure — aux côtés du rabbin Tsemah Duran — comme rabbin-témoin devant lequel trois frères (Mardochée, Jacob et Salomon) concluent un acte d'association commerciale. Aucun ouvrage écrit ne lui est attribué.
