"A gift from the first month of reflection of the Federation (between 11 Adar and Passover {year}) for those working in the poetry circle for the month". Printed in fifty copies, "with the poet's permission". 17, [1] pages, 21 cm. Fair to good condition. The cover and book pages underwent professional restoration. Rebound. Library stamps, handwritten dedication on the title page. Housed in a nice cardboard box.

Manuscript, hand of a scribe. [Meknes, early 20th century]. Rulings and practices concerning matters of ritual slaughter from Rabbi Solomon son of Daniel Berdogo (5614-5666, scholar of authorities), rabbi and chief judge in Meknes. At the end of the manuscript the copyist signed his name: "May the Lord merit me to write the indexes with God's help, may I be worthy, the rabbis of Meknes, may their memory be blessed, Solomon, son of Hadahan, may he be remembered." [Apparently one of the students of Rabbi Solomon Berdogo]. [62] written pages. 30 cm. Good condition, stains, ink fading in several places. New binding.

Manuscript page of a prayer for the success of the "crowned ones of the Covenant" in war against "strangers who flooded our border, many lands were given to plunder". [Europe, late 18th century]. At the head of the page, the heading: "Every day before Ashrei and Leba Tzion, the reader and the congregation recite these five Psalms: 13, 20, 27, 46, 144 and then they recite a prayer". It appears to refer to the period of the "Napoleonic Wars" and the prayer was composed for the success of the coalition of states ["crowned ones of the Covenant"] that fought against Napoleon's army. Page 34.5 cm. Quality paper, good to fair condition. Stains, damage [restored] to the fold of the paper and margins.
