The History of Rabbis of the Israel Family from Rhodes, by Dr. Simon [Simeon] Markos. Jerusalem, 1935.
With plates of photographs of the rabbis and their tombstones.
Author's copy, Dr. Markos. In the margins of the pages are many additions and corrections in his handwriting, apparently for the purpose of printing a new edition of the book. Between the pages are letters [correspondence with the Hebrew Encyclopedia editorial board] and additional manuscript pages.
92 pp. + 4 photograph plates. 24 cm. Condition: good. Stains. Damaged cardboard binding.
