מכתב רבי חיים עוזר גרודזנסקי – המלצה לוטרינר

Letter of request from Abraham Vigdorczyk of Vilna, to Dr. Aryeh Lewit, veterinarian of the Tel Aviv Municipality, to hire his son, veterinarian Dr. Mordechai Avigdori. Vilna, 5695 [1935]. On the reverse of the leaf, a letter from the renowned scholar Rabbi Chaim Ozer Grodzinsky, in his own handwriting and signed, endorsing the recommendation and writing: "I would be pleased to inquire after the welfare of my friend Shari Sh'... together with this I would ask on behalf of Dr. Vigdorczyk to be here and to advocate for him to the mayors to accept him as a physician, I hope that he will show kindness to the son of his city...". One leaf, 27 cm. Good condition, stains, wear at margins and fold marks.
