Two court decisions concerning estate matters, signed by the city rabbis Rabbi "Tsevi Hirsch [of Tarnow?] ḥoḳer tarnow", Rabbi "Reuben [Arnfreund?]", Rabbi "David ben 25 Shemiah", and Rabbi "Isaac Izik". Tarnow, 5533 (1773). In one of the court decisions, a ruling from the rabbinical court is mentioned regarding the division of the estate, held by the rabbi chief judge of the holy community of Khadzsh. Sheet 34.5 cm. With the signature of Rabbi Tsevi Hirsch and signatures of two judges. Sheet 21 cm, with signatures of three judges, and four lines in handwriting with the signature of Rabbi Tsevi Hirsch, city rabbi. Good to fair condition, wear and light tears.

שני פסקי דין בעניני עזבון, בחתימת רבני העיר רבי "צבי הירש [מפרש---?] חופ"ק טרנוב", רבי "ראובן במאז"ל [ארנפרוינד?]", רבי "דוד בן כ"ה שמעיה", ורבי "יצחק איצק". טרנוב, תקל"ג (1773). באחד מפסקי הדין מוזכר הפסק מבד"צ בענין חלוקת העזבון, המונח אצל הרב אב"ד דק"ק חאדזש. דף 34.5 ס"מ. עם חתימת הרב צבי הירש וחתימות שני דיינים. דף 21 ס"מ, עם חתימת שלשה דיינים, וארבע שורות בכת"י וחתימתו של רבי צבי הירש רב העיר. מצב טוב-בינוני, בלאי וקרעים קלים.
