Three rabbinical court documents concerning inheritance matters, signed by rabbis: 1. Release deed concerning the inheritance of Rabbi Ḥayim Aboab. Signed by rabbis Rabbi Reuben Almelih and Rabbi Isaac ben Margi. Tetuan, 15 Kislev 5605 (1844). At the bottom of the document, a release deed from additional heirs who received their share in money, signed by rabbis Rabbi Abraham Anouri and Rabbi Solomon Nahon. Tetuan, Sivan 5606 (1846). 2. Deed concerning inheritance. Signed by Rabbi Reuben Almelih and Rabbi Solomon Nahon. Tetuan, Shevat 5609 (1849) 3. Deed signed by Rabbi Moses ben Walid and Rabbi David A---. Rabat, Shevat 5685 (1925). 3 documents, variable size. Good condition.
