A lithographic stone for printing a commemorative sheet from Jerusalem, 1913.
Limestone.
The stone was used to print a commemorative sheet from Jerusalem, bearing the title "Jerusalem Mark 9 April 1913". From this stone were printed folded sheets on which appeared a dozen photographs of Jerusalem and its surroundings, including photographs of the Hand of Absalom, worshippers at the Western Wall, a street in the Old City, and other sites.
