On the title page, signature of Rabbi "David the Holy Tebli Berlin" and his seal "the Holy Tebli Berliner of Gambio" – Rabbi David Tebli Berlin (son-in-law of Rabbi Isaac Reich of Gombin) went in his old age to Jerusalem at the end of the 5500s, son of Rabbi Solomon Berlin chief judge of Franzensbad and London, and grandson of Rabbi Tsevi Hirsch chief judge of Berlin. [His son-in-law is Rabbi Johannan Tsevi Blank of Jerusalem, disciple of the "Hatam Sofer"] – see accompanying material about him and see further in the next item. Many erased seals of "Beit Midrash Menachem Zion in the ruin of the Ari the Pious in the holy city of Jerusalem". On the title page, handwritten inscription by the righteous Rabbi Joseph Zundel of Salant [who was responsible for the library of Beit Midrash Menachem Zion]: "from the estate of the R.D.T. for the Midrash Menachem Zion". On page 40 and page 58, handwritten inscriptions in his holy handwriting "Menachem Zion".
