It is extremely rare to find a Book of Chronicles written on parchment, as it is not read publicly, [unlike the books of the Prophets and the Five Scrolls, which were customarily read in many synagogues from a book written in ink on parchment]. As is known, the Gaon of Vilna commanded his study hall to have all 24 scriptural texts written on parchment books like a Torah scroll, and supervised the order of their writing. This custom has been preserved in a few synagogues around the world. Height of parchment 28 cm. 74 columns. Parchment in quality workmanship. Good-fair condition, moisture stains.
