Embroidered cloth (cover for a Torah scroll?). [Georgia, 20th century].
Remarkable silver-thread embroidery. At the borders: palm-of-hand motifs (hamsa) and stars; at the center: various botanical and geometric patterns, with a Hebrew dedication embroidered: "Missa Gana ZL".
93×48 cm. Fair condition. Some decorative elements have come loose.
