The toll is reproduced exactly as the source states it — never rounded, never added to another. Tolls overlap from one event to the next.

The Jews of Tuzla, Sephardim and Ashkenazim mingled, lose their property and rights, then are rounded up by Ustaše authorities and sent to camps.

Tuzla, a mining town in eastern Bosnia, had a Jewish community where Sephardic families settled since the Ottoman era lived alongside Ashkenazi families who had arrived with the imperial administration. The Ustasha regime stripped them of their possessions from its very first decrees: businesses handed over to commissioners, frozen accounts, the distinctive badge, professional prohibitions. Arrests were carried out in several waves during the summer and autumn, and the families were led to the camps of the new State, primarily in Slavonia. Part of the community, hidden or having joined the partisans, survived; the great majority perished. The town thus lost one of the oldest Jewish presences in Bosnia.
