Il est l'éditeur et traducteur de référence de Maïmonide (Guide des égarés, Commentaire de la Michna, Michné Torah restauré sur manuscrits yéménites) et de Saadia Gaon (Emounot ve-Deot), Bahya ibn Paquda, Juda Halevi, etc. Lauréat du Prix Israël.
