Né à Padoue, il exerce la médecine à Venise et organise des cours préparatoires pour les jeunes étudiants, surtout juifs, admis à l'université de médecine de Padoue. Il rédige la préface (et un poème) du Ma'aseh Tuviyyah (1709) de son élève Tobias Cohn. Frère aîné d'Israel Conegliano ; les frères reçurent la citoyenneté vénitienne et l'exemption du signe distinctif juif.
