History register · custodian, not owner
One of the greatest masters of the Talmud, he systematized the interpretation of the Torah and supported the Bar Kokhba revolt. Martyred by the Romans, he died reciting the Shema. His hermeneutic method is at the foundation of rabbinic Judaism.
