Franco-Tunisian actor and comedian born in Tunis in a Tunisian Jewish family who emigrated to France. He writes and stages his one-man-shows, including « Albert » (1980), which takes as its theme the life of Tunisian Jews exiled in France. César for Best Supporting Actor in 1985 for « Trois hommes et un couffin ».
