Talmudiste français de la première moitié du XIVe siècle, apparemment établi à Tarascon, l'un des rares Juifs demeurés en France après l'expulsion de 1306. Élève d'Emmanuel de Tarascon, il aurait composé plusieurs ouvrages ; Gross suppose qu'il est identique au Rotelus de Olobrega, mentionné à Tarascon en 1299 dans un document latin, ce nom étant un diminutif du sien.
