Hakham et médecin séfarade né à Amsterdam au XVIIe siècle. Étudia avec Moïse Zacuto et Baruch Spinoza sous la direction de Saul Levi Morteira à la Talmud Torah 'Ets Hayyim, où il enseigna ensuite. Vers 1666, il prit la tête du rabbinat de Livourne. Selon De Barrios, il écrivit « Reglas del Din ».
