Décisionnaire allemand originaire de Bohême, actif vers 1200-70, connu sous le nom d'Isaac Or Zaroua. Formé à Ratisbonne, à Paris auprès de Juda ben Isaac Sir Léon, puis à Worms et à Spire, il devint chef de yeshiva à Wurtzbourg puis à Vienne, où il fut aussi « ab bet din ». Il fut le témoin du port obligatoire de la rouelle jaune en France et déplora les massacres de Juifs de Francfort-sur-le-Main en 1241 ; vers 1260, il composa son grand ouvrage rituel, l'« Or Zaroua' », seule source connue de sa biographie.
