Exégète et tossafiste français, actif à Sens, probablement dans la seconde moitié du XIIIe siècle, élève de Ḥayyim de Falaise. Il compila le « Pa'aneaḥ Raza », commentaire du Pentateuque mêlant interprétation littérale, notariqon et guematria, publié pour la première fois à Prague en 1607 d'après un manuscrit incomplet. Auteur également de tossafot sur le Talmud, il est surnommé « Ba'al Tosafot mi-Shanṣ », le tossafiste de Sens.
