En 1474, le roi le chargea de répartir à Ségovie les impôts que les « aljamas » juives de tous ses domaines devaient verser chaque année ; la collecte elle-même n'était toutefois pas assurée par Ibn Nuñez, mais par les percepteurs royaux auprès desquels il intervenait à cet effet.
