Fille du martyr Be'er ben Ḥizqiya ha-Lévi Horwitz et épouse de Joseph ben Ḥayyim Ḥazzan, mort à Prague en 1713. Elle publia en 1705 « Gesch. des Hauses David », et, avec Rachel Porges, épouse de Löb Porges, édita une histoire primitive, en grande partie légendaire, des juifs de Prague intitulée « Eine Schöne Geschichte, so Ist Geschehen, Ehe noch Jehudim zu Prag Gewohnt ». Elle composa aussi une « Teḥinnah » pour les dix jours de pénitence.
