Député autrichien né à Rzeszów, en Galicie autrichienne, le 2 décembre 1824, mort le 24 octobre 1880. Docteur en droit formé à Lemberg, il y siégea aux conseils municipal et communal et défendit le docteur Florian Ziemiałkowski, accusé d'avoir participé à la révolution polonaise de 1863. Représentant la ville de Brody à la Diète galicienne, il prononça le 8 octobre 1868 un discours en faveur de l'émancipation des juifs, s'installa à Vienne en 1872 et fut élu au Parlement autrichien en 1873.
