Talmudiste turc ; vécut à Safed au dix-septième siècle. Wolf ("Bibl. Hebr." iii., No. 595) et Fürst ("Bibl. Jud." i. 173) l'appellent "Ḥiyya ben Gabriel." Il était l'auteur d'un ouvrage intitulé "Seder Zemannim," un calendrier pour les années 5435-64 = 1675-1704 (Venise, 1675).
