Hillel d'Erfurt est une autorité talmudique ayant vécu à Erfurt aux quatorzième et quinzième siècles, contemporain de Shalom de Neustadt et élève de Meïr ben Baruch Faleri. Selon A. Brüll, il serait identique à un certain « Hiller » qui figure dans un document de 1416 comme ayant été nommé grand rabbin de Thuringe par le margrave Wilhelm. On raconte qu'il quitta Erfurt pour la Palestine afin d'accomplir un vœu, mais qu'arrivé à Vienne il fut saisi du désir de revenir, craignant que l'école talmudique d'Erfurt ne pâtisse de son absence ; il s'adressa alors aux rabbins, qui annulèrent son vœu.
