Ernst Friedrich Hess est un converti au christianisme et écrivain antijuif allemand ayant vécu au seizième siècle. Converti allemand au christianisme et écrivain antijuif ; il vécut au seizième siècle. Il fut l'auteur de « Neue Judengeissel, eine Polemische Schrift Gegen Juden und Judenthum » (Fritzlar, 1589 ; Paderborn, 1600 et 1606 ; Ratisbonne, 1601 ; Erfurt, 1605 ; avec notes, Francfort-sur-le-Main et Leipzig, 1703 ; Hambourg, s.d.).
