Jacob Quixano Henriques est un négociant antillais né à Spanish Town, en Jamaïque, en 1811, et mort à Londres le 17 octobre 1898, fils d'Abraham Q. Henriques et associé de son frère David dans la maison Henriques Brothers. Fondateur en Jamaïque d'une école juive pour garçons et filles, il s'installe à Londres peu après 1840 et participe activement à la fondation de la West London Synagogue, dont il est marguillier en 1856 puis de 1861 à 1864 et dont il préside le conseil à partir de 1882. Il se retire des affaires en 1864 au profit de son fils, et préside par la suite la London Chartered Bank of Australia.
