Jacob Moïse ben Abraham Achkenazi Hélin est un talmudiste polonais né vers 1625 et mort vers 1700, formé à Lublin sous R. Naphtali ha-Cohen et R. Heshel, et gendre de Löb Heller, rabbin de Satanow. Il est l'auteur de Yede Mosheh, commentaire critique du Midrash Rabba indiquant les sources talmudiques des légendes, publié par son fils Abraham à Francfort-sur-l'Oder en 1705, puis réédité en 1713.
