Jérémie Heinemann est un auteur allemand né à Sandersleben le 20 juillet 1778 et mort à Berlin le 16 octobre 1855, fils du rabbin Joachim Heinemann. Nommé en 1808 membre laïc du consistoire de Westphalie, il devient ensuite inspecteur d'un séminaire d'instituteurs à Berlin puis se consacre entièrement aux lettres, publiant à partir de 1817 la revue religieuse et pédagogique Jedidja, poursuivie jusqu'en 1831 puis sous d'autres titres. Traducteur prolifique de la liturgie, il publie notamment un Catéchisme de la religion juive (Rödelheim, 1812), les Grundlehren der Religion der Israeliten (Berlin, 1818), et une édition commentée du Pentateuque (1831-33).
