Éléazar ha-Ḥazzan est un chantre actif à Spire vers la fin du XIe siècle, maître de Samuel le Pieux et peut-être identique à Éléazar fils de Meshoullam le Grand, qui fournit de nombreuses notes au commentateur des Chroniques actif à Narbonne vers 1130 ; il fut aussi le maître de Shemaria ben Mordekhaï de Spire.
