Ḥayyim de Falaise, peut-être identique à Ḥayyim Paltiel, est un commentateur biblique français du XIIIe siècle, petit-fils du tossafiste Samuel de Falaise. Son commentaire du Pentateuque, de caractère aggadique et nourri d'une solide connaissance du Talmud, est cité comme celui de « mon maître Ḥayyim de Falaise » par un commentateur anonyme et repris sous le nom de Peri 'Eṣ Ḥayyim par Isaac ben Juda ha-Lévi dans son Pa'aneaḥ Raza. Gross a établi qu'il ne fallait pas le confondre avec Ḥayyim Paltiel ben Jacob, rabbin de Magdebourg et correspondant de Meïr de Rothenbourg.
