Ortuin de Graes, dit aussi Ortuinus Gratius, est un écrivain antijuif allemand du XVIe siècle né à Holtwick, en Westphalie, en 1491, et mort à Cologne le 21 mai 1542. Fils de prêtre et figure du parti dominicain de Cologne, il prend parti pour Pfefferkorn contre Reuchlin et rédige avec l'aide du juif converti Victor von Karben un violent pamphlet, De Vita et Moribus Judæorum (1504), qu'il traduit ensuite en allemand.
