Tobias Goodman est un prédicateur et auteur anglais mort après 1824, l'un des premiers à prêcher en anglais dans la communauté juive de Londres, comme lecteur à la synagogue de Denmark Court. Il y prononce dès 1817 un sermon sur la mort de la princesse Charlotte de Galles, puis en 1820 un autre sur la mort du roi George III, avant de prêcher régulièrement à la synagogue de Rosemary Lane vers 1824. Auteur d'une traduction anglaise du Beḥinat ha-'Olam de Jedaiah Bedersi en 1806 et d'un discours prononcé à Liverpool en 1819, The Faith of Israel, publié en 1834.
