Rabbin de Rhodes aux XVIIe et XVIIIe siècles, probablement né en Bulgarie. Il émigre en Palestine avant de s'établir à Rhodes, où il compose « Yede Eliyahu », un ouvrage sur les institutions rabbiniques suivant l'ordre adopté par Maïmonide (Constantinople, 1728).
