Philanthrope française née à Paris en 1821, morte à Rocquencourt en 1896. Épouse de Charles Heine, cousin du poète, elle hérite de sa fortune et la consacre à de nombreuses œuvres, dont un service d'ambulances à Paris pendant la guerre franco-prussienne, un dispensaire pour enfants dans un quartier juif et un soutien constant à l'Institut Pasteur. En 1896, elle fonde un hôpital pour cent enfants et reçoit la Légion d'honneur.
