Peintre miniaturiste allemand né à Cassel le 20 février 1796, mort à Dresde le 22 juin 1847, fils du marchand David Alexander Fiorino de Göttingen. Formé auprès d'un peintre sur porcelaine puis à l'académie de Cassel, où il obtient une médaille en 1816, il s'installe en 1824 à Dresde, où il devient peintre de la cour et reçoit le titre de professeur. On lui doit notamment le médaillon du prince Maximilien de Saxe conservé à la galerie de Dresde et celui du roi Albert de Saxe, qu'il reproduisit en lithographie.
