Paul-Joseph Errera fut un juriste belge, né à Laeken le 23 juillet 1860 et formé à l'université de Bruxelles, où il devint professeur de droit. Conseil de l'État indépendant du Congo et de la Jewish Colonization Association, il présida aussi le comité local de l'Alliance israélite universelle. Il publia notamment « Les Masuirs » (Bruxelles, 1891) et « Esquisse du Cours de Droit Constitutionnel Comparé » (1896 et 1899).
