Rabbin russe mort à Grodno le 1er juillet 1749, rabbin et chef de la yeshiva de Loutsk, en Volhynie. Il est l'auteur du « Ḳab we-Naḳi », un bref commentaire de la Michna (Amsterdam, 1697), et publia annoté, sous le titre « Pi Shenayim » (Altona, 1735), le commentaire d'Asheri sur la Michna de Zeraïm ; la première édition du « Ḳab we-Naḳi » remontant à 1664 selon Benjacob, il aurait vécu plus de cent ans.
