Écrivain religieux en hébreu et en judéo-allemand, actif dans la seconde moitié du XVIIe siècle et au début du XVIIIe à Prossnitz, en Moravie, où il fut bedeau, chantre et scribe. Il publia notamment des vers judéo-allemands pour Hanoucca (Francfort-sur-l'Oder, 1702), un recueil de maximes morales (Dyhernfurth, 1693), une traduction judéo-allemande des seliḥot (Francfort-sur-l'Oder, 1703, puis Berlin, 1712), ainsi que des prières pour la prospérité publiées à Prague (1684).
