Auteur dramatique français né à Neuilly-sur-Seine le 30 mai 1870, formé à l'École Monge puis associé au commerce colonial de son père avant de se tourner vers le théâtre sous le pseudonyme « Trebla », Albert Delvaille signe de nombreuses pièces, dont « Le Harem de Pontarlier » (1896), « Voyez Terrasse » (1897), « Elle » (1898) et « Nostalgie » (1901), cette dernière interdite par les autorités, ainsi qu'un recueil de dialogues, « L'Amour en Fantaisies » (1898), et collabore à plusieurs périodiques.
