Rabbin de Zamość, en Pologne, à la fin du XVIIe siècle, aussi appelé Tarcziner. Il écrit le « Pené Aryé Zouta » (Le Petit Visage du Lion), publié à Wilhelmsdorf en 1720 — et, selon certains, aussi à Sulzbach, sans date —, abrégé, selon Wolf, de son ouvrage plus vaste et resté inédit, le « Pené Aryé Rabba » (Le Grand Visage du Lion), commentaire du Pentateuque.
