Médecin et rabbin italien, né vers 1650 à Padoue et mort dans cette ville en 1694. Il eut une large clientèle tant chrétienne que juive, visitant gratuitement ses patients les plus pauvres, fonda une yeshiva dans la synagogue des ashkénazes où il enseignait le Talmud, et officia comme prédicateur.
