Baruch Calimani est un éditeur italien actif à Venise dans la seconde moitié du seizième siècle et au début du dix-septième. Il publie l'ouvrage de son maître Éliézer Ashkenazi, « Ma'assé Adonaï » (Venise, 1583), et le « Torat Mochè » de Moïse Alshekh (Venise, 1601), y ajoutant à chaque fois une préface de sa main.
