Arnold William Brunner est un architecte américain, fils de William Brunner et Isabelle Solomon, né à New York le 25 septembre 1857. Formé à Manchester puis à New York, diplômé du cours spécial d'architecture du Massachusetts Institute of Technology, il compte parmi les fondateurs de l'Architectural League de New York en 1881; il conçoit notamment le nouveau bureau de poste et le palais de justice de Cleveland, ainsi que le Temple Beth-El, les synagogues Shearith Israel et Shaaray Tefila, l'Educational Alliance et l'hôpital du Mont Sinaï à New York, le Temple Mishkan Israel de New Haven et la synagogue commémorative Frank de Philadelphie.
