Mendel ben Hayyim Juda Bresslau est un libraire de Breslau mort en 1829, collaborateur du périodique « Ha-Méassef » et auteur d'un dialogue éthique allégorique, « Yaldout ou-Vaharout » (Breslau, 1786); il a aussi écrit « Guelilot Erets Israël », une géographie de la Palestine accompagnée de deux cartes (Breslau, 1819), et « Réchit ha-Kériah », un abécédaire et grammaire hébraïques suivant la méthode phonétique (Breslau, 1834).
